- May saw a new ten-year high for attached home median sales prices ($236.0K), as Harford County achieved a new ten-year record for median single-family home sales price ($360.0K, up 7.5%) and a ten-year best for May overall.
- In an indication of an improving market, new pending home sales advanced 42.7% in May compared to April. It was the most significant month-to-month gain in the past ten years.
- Homes in the metro area stayed on the market for the second-fewest number of days in the past decade.
